Campaign description

Text the designated phone number to receive one automated text reply with a secure link where you can view and download your video clip from Big Screen Moment.
Message type: a one-time reply to your request. The message contains a link to your video clip.

You will receive one (1) automated message in response to your text. We will not send additional messages, marketing, or follow-ups.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email kevin.delrosario8@gmail.com.
Because the service sends one reply, no ongoing subscription is created.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your wireless carrier and plan.

By texting the number, you consent to receive the single reply described above. You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to use the mobile number.

Clips show moments from the stadium video board at live events. They are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use, such as saving a clip and sharing it with friends and family.
You may not sell a clip, use it to advertise a product or service, or remove or edit the Big Screen Moment branding.
The event, the venue and the team own the rights to the event and to recordings of it. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
Clip links stay available for 72 hours after your request.
If you, or someone shown in a clip, want it removed, email kevin.delrosario8@gmail.com with the link. We will remove it promptly.
The clip page may show banners or messages from event sponsors. Sponsors do not receive your mobile number.

We do not store your mobile number in our database. We do not sell, rent or share it or your message content with anyone for marketing or any other purpose. Our text provider, Twilio, delivers messages for us and keeps delivery records under its own policies. See our Privacy Policy.

Big Screen Moment provides the service "as is." We are not responsible for carrier delivery failures, delays, or additional carrier fees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to $100.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
