BIG SCREEN MOMENT

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

Big Screen Moment replies to a customer's text with a link to their video clip. This policy explains what we handle, who helps us deliver it, and what we keep.

What we collect and why

How video is analyzed

Our software automatically analyzes video board footage to find moments that show fans and cut them into clips. As part of this it checks whether faces appear in a frame. It does not identify who anyone is, and it does not match faces against any list or database.

Service providers

We use Twilio to send and receive text messages. Twilio receives your mobile number and message and keeps delivery records under its own privacy policy. Our hosting providers store clips so you can view them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your mobile number or message content with anyone except Twilio, as described above, or where the law requires it. Sponsors shown on the clip page do not receive your number or any personal information from us. If you open a sponsor's link, that site has its own policy.

How long we keep things

Clips stay available for 72 hours after your request. We do not keep your mobile number. Twilio keeps delivery records under its own policy.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of messages. To have a clip removed, email kevin.delrosario8@gmail.com with the link. We will remove it promptly.

Children

The service is not directed to children. Clips of live events can show people of any age. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a clip at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect messages while they are being delivered and clips while they are stored. Because we do not store mobile numbers, there is no list of numbers for us to protect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
